I decided to stay here as part of a Finland trip and the Radisson Blu did not disappoint. I understand it was renovated a few years back and it’s been done to a high spec. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous and I felt well looked after. Oulu is a very pretty city and the people are very welcoming.

We loved our room with a private sauna. The breakfast buffet was very impressive, we loved all the variety & healthy options. The staff in the dining area were wonderful & most of the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location, easy to walk to shopping & restaurants.

This place has been around in one form or another for many years, and the experience of the staff shines through. A welcoming afternoon tea and a sumtuous breakfast were just two of the standouts. The beds were excellent and the facilities all in good working order. Would happily stay there again if visiting the region.

We can’t tell you how much we loved this place. The views were unbeatable. Beautiful river on one side and a field with grazing cows on the other. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our long stay. The sauna in the house got hot and made good steam and the river was just a few steps away. We hope to stay here again. It almost feels like home.
