Staff friendly. Hotel is quite old which is part of charm but could do with some updating. Would stay again.

Nicest hotel in the area! Excellent facilities! The hotel restaurants and bar are also the best in the area. Amazing cuisine!! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area so have a good basis of comparison. This hotel wildly surpassed my expectations both for its quality and price point. Excellent value! A luxurious and serene experience. Excellent for both couples and families alike. We WILL return!

Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too.

"Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. We can’t say enough about this property!! The people, the food, great bar, with a wonderful vibe. We stayed two nights while we explored adraspach rocks. If you haven’t heard of the look them up!! It’s a magical place with wonderful kind people.
