Great stay!
The hotel staff was extremely friendly! They were so happy to help and I never felt as if I was a burden to them. You couls tell they emjoyed their job! The breakfast was excellent every morning, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was a hit with our kids and we were so happy to be here for 4 nights!

My only complaint was the air conditioner in our room. It would not cool the room even when changing the thermostat setting. It also was excessively loud. The room condition was fine as were other areas in the hotel.

The hotel front desk staff were very helpful. I had two concerns: the rugs in the elevators need to be cleaned. Although the front desk personnel were very helpful I suggest there be a dress code bc they are the first people customers encounter. That dress customs include grooming.

I was very happy with the room and services. The room had a safe, a microwave, and a fridge. More than some higher priced hotels. The breakfast on Sunday was more extensive than I have seen at some hotels.
