Lovely spa. Average cocktails. Stayed for my 60th birthday and notified them in advance but the barely acknowledged this. It would’ve been nice to have had a little fuss. Breakfast buffet rather dull for such a nice hotel

The Reception staff were brilliant when my flight was cancelled. They had already helped me with check in problems and were equally helpful when I returned to the hotel after the cancellation. A room was found and early breakfast ordered. It took away a lot of my stress!

The onfoor pool and spa area are a real bonus. Vey relaxing. Only negative were our pillows smelt musty and needed to cover with a towel

Hotel is lovely. Our room was on the 5th floor, lovely but very warm! Fans were available thank goodness. Shower was very poor. Spa good, with great size swimming pool. Showers their a lot better than in room.

Loved the Spa, thought it was 1st rate. The public areas were very good and the garden looked lovely. The shuttle bus was good especially when it is raining (although not everyone queuing were able to catch it which was uncomfortable). Perhaps it could run more often? The room lacked a fridge, air conditioning, we weren’t able to utilise the towel rail. At breakfast there was a lot of queuing for food and in particular for hot drinks. Having to walk through reception in a robe to/from the Spa was somewhat uncomfortable too.

Short break
The service in the restaurant is excellent with a great menu. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing is too much trouble as the staff are very obliging.
