Custom built in 2020, with over 1700 square feet of living space on one level, this summer home is the perfect place for couples, families, and friends to gather near PEI's world famous beaches.
With southern exposure, natural light pours into the living area. The whole family can help cook around the large island, and BBQ off the 200 square foot screened in porch.
End a perfect beach day around the fireplace in the great room with 11-foot vaulted ceilings.
About the space:
We can accommodate shorter stays (3 nights minimum) in the shoulder season before mid-June, after mid-September - please inquire if interested.
3-large bedrooms, a massive great room with 12-foot vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a large kitchen and dining space, with a 200 square foot screened in porch all make it a perfect place to enjoy every hour of the day - rain or shine, morning or night.
Our availability:
We're available to provide recommendations throughout your stay and have several property managers located nearby to help make your vacation stress free.
The neighbourhood:
Stanhope is an incredible community year-round, but the summer is what makes it so special. Nearby beaches, deep sea fishing, golf, a scenic walking path, and friendly neighbours make it a memorable place that you'll want to visit every year. It's all these reasons we built a place in Stanhope to escape the hustle and bustle of Toronto for a few weeks of the year.
Getting Around:
Only a 15 minute drive from Charlottetown airport, you can easily get all of your supplies at a nearby grocery store
Walking:
We're located only a 3-minute walk from Stanhope's well-known walking/running path along Covehead Bay. A perfect place to start the day with a walk/jog or push a stroller where you'll receive smiles and waves from all the locals.
Beaches:
We're a 5 minute walk from Stanhope Cape Beach, which is much quieter, but just as nice as it's well-known sister, Brackley Beach (also only a 6 minute drive away).
Covehead Wharf:
Covehead Wharf is a 3 minute drive away where you can enjoy the Island's favorite lobster roll at Richard's Seafood, get a coffee or fresh seafood to cook at the market, or book an afternoon of deep sea fishing.
Family Entertainment:
25 minutes away is Cavendish - full of family restaurants, shopping, amusement parks for all ages, and many more attractions.
Golfing:
You're never far from a great round in PEI. A 2 minute drive away is Stanhope Golf and Country Club, and only 20 minutes from Glasgow Hills, Green Gables, Eagles Glenn, and Anderson's Creek.
