We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm. The room was spacious, staff were friendly, and breakfast was in a cozy basement with lots of options. Such a unique hotel! Great location for Gamla Stan and surrounding areas.

My favourite hotel in the entire world!
We had an amazing stay at Victory Hotel Stockholm. I am Platinum Elite with IHG, Gold with Hilton Honors and Gold with Accor from staying at numerous hotels around the world over many years yet I have never had an experience like the one we had at Victory Hotel. The decor is as uniquely eccentric as it is prolific around the hotel. The wellness centre is brilliant and very affordable for guests - be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment. I can not recommend highly enough.

We loved the hotel, quaint and lovely! Our room was an absolute delight! Only issues; we booked a sauna and when it was time we were informed it was not working properly and wouldn’t be available. They did make up for it though with a dessert tray to our room. The second issue was upon arrival we checked out the restaurant in the hotel and we liked it. Inquired about making a reservation and we were told we wouldn’t need one as it wouldn’t be an issue. Upon going to dinner before our sauna we were told no availability except awkward seating spots and told by the rather snobbish greeter, take it or leave it! We left it!

Great location and so much character to the hotel. Upon arrival front desk staff were super friendly and offered early access to room. Every time we came past front desk we were welcomed with smiles. As part of VIP package we received complimentary port which was very nice as well. Room was simple but did have a nice bath tub with lighting and bubble jets which was not expected. Although no coffee/tea in room there was a set area outside the room in hallway with everything we needed. We stayed in scandinavia for 3 weeks and by far Victory had the nicest breakfast. Everything about the hotel is quirky, customer service is excellent, location is great in old town (also nice craft beer spot only 40m away. Strongly recommend "Corks" wine bar only a block away. Loved Victory Hotel!!

This place is incredible, the hotel itself is a piece of art. Absolutely stunning. Right in Gamla Stan, it's easy to walk from here to Museums along the harbour. Staff are wonderful, special shout out to Zak at the front desk for being super helpful! Will be using this place as my regular when visiting Stockholm again!

This beautiful historic hotel is in the heart of the old town. It is also a sort of maritime museum where each room includes artifacts from a specific ship captain. The staff are very helpful. I highly recommend eating in their restaurant, one of the best meals I’ve had in Europe (after dozens of trips)

Absolutely wonderful property. We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise and only wish we had more time! The quirky rooms were delightfully spacious with comfortable beds and high-end bath amenities. With a location central to everything, a few short steps from the Royal Palace and a 2 minute walk from the metro, you are never far from any of Stockholms incredible attractions. We can’t wait to return for our next stay at the Victory Hotel!

Our stay at the Victory Hotel was great. We were in Stockholm for two nights after a cruise. My wife found this hotel in the heart of Glama Stan (the old town) and it couldn’t have been more convenient to many of this city’s wonderful attractions. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed at the front desk by David. They were able to allow us to check in early even though we were just looking for early bag storage. The entire hotel is an historic property with beautiful antiques at every turn. Our room was well appointed with all the charm of an old hotel with modern conveniences. Every room is named after a famous Captain from Swedish history. All rooms are different with antiques everywhere. Our room had a 3D ship over the bed which lit up when the lights were on. Really cool! The front desk staff was always attentive. Zacharius helped immensely by booking our taxi service to the airport which was seamless. And don’t skip the fabulous restaurant! We stopped in for a drink and decided to stay for a memorable dinner. Try the black and white or the sea bass. You won’t be disappointed. All things considered, this was a hotel we will remember long after the memories of big chain hotels have faded.
