Property was not clean and room was so hot and were given 2 old fans. No sleep for the whole 2 nights. Windows cannot be opened properly and there was very bad smell outside the toom and inside the room too. Flies and spiders in room. Floor was so dirty. Towels and shower gel was not enough propvided

Too hot
This can be a little difficult to find, but we'll worth the effort. The apartment had everything we needed and the small kitchenette was great with a good size fridge, microwave and hob. The location was excellent no more than a 10 minute walk from petite France and the cathedral. Plenty of underground parking spaces available as parking in Strasbourg is stressful. My only issue was that there was no air conditioning and as the night time temperature didn't drop below 26°c we were greatful for the large fan that was provided.

Friendly staff and a great location. Very convenient to the Homme de Fer tram station which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Kitchen has all necessary items except for a coffee maker even though there are demitasse cups in the cabinet, there is no way to prepare espresso if you did not bring your own maker. There is free coffee in the lobby but I would prefer to make my own in my room and not have to travel downstairs to the lobby before I shower and get ready for the day. There is a tea kettle, but this doesn't help coffee drinkers. Aside from the absence of a coffee maker everything was good.

This is nice property, not too expensive and not too fancy. The room was smaller than I expected but it was clean and functional. The location is great! Definitely worth it for short to medium stays.

Very convenient location, can access trams to any locations. Also most attractions are within walking distance. It is very close to train station. Also the apartment is very nice for family stay. Liked the 24 hour water, coffee and other drinks accessible.

We stayed in a family apartment. Furnishings were sparse in the living room. Dishwasher broke and staff were attentive but this was unable to be fixed over the Christmas break. Overall, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great position in Strasbourg.

Great central location. Everything in walking distance. Super friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with little kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. On site underground parking. Just press the buzzer to be let it. Be warned though, spaces are very tight if you have a larger than average car. Good value for money. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
