I accidently booked for the wrong date. I talked with someone from Expedia to change the date and she wouldn't change the date.So I was charged for the stay with no refund. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN! EXPEDIA IS A BIG RIPOFF!

We came into Stratford at the Quality Inn Festival Conference Centre from October 22 to 24. Upon arriving we were asked to review and sign a checklist one of which was to ask if we wanted our room cleaned daily for which I checked off yes and signed. On the 23rd in the late afternoon our room had yet to be cleaned. I called the front desk who told me they had a bus come in and forgot so they would send someone right away. Nobody came. I went to the front desk an hour later to be told they had a big bus from Quebec City come in and they forgot to clean our room. The best thing they could do would be to offer her us another room which meant we would have to move all our already unpacked belongings or they said they could give us fresh towels. I did not feel like a valued customer. I had to contact the front desk twice and they forgot to send the maid. I was very disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I would not stay there again. The hotel is very dated and smells musty. They have plastic cups in the rooms. The rooms are not expensive to stay in and I guess you get what you pay for. I would stay away from this hotel that doesn’t seem to care about customers that are not part of a group tour.

This hotel was fine. The room was mostly fine, and the bed was comfortable. However, the heater was very noisy (and not on when we arrived, so the temp was only 49F and took forever to warm up) and there were only 2 electric outlets in the whole room, and the towels were thin and small. This room wasn’t cheap, but compared to many others in Stratford during the festival, it was more reasonable. All in all, it was fine.

The people that are working there are very nice and polite but the beds in our room one of the mattress and box spring were to small for the platform there was a big gap .nothing to stop bed from falling in. Both beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.
