Wonderful staff, we had a problem with one of our doors and the staff couldn't have been nicer, they had a wedding to contend with but it caused no delay in their attempt to help and once they realized the door would need fixing, they moved us to another room. We had a really nice break at the hotel and will definitely go back.

Great hotel but room TVs need updating.
If you can see beyond the dated decor, you will find this is a wonderful family run hotel. Rooms are clean, comfy and well stocked. Towels are soft and large. On the whole, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast could be hotter. Cheese and cold meats always looked dried out and curling at the edges. Great facilities (spa, pool, gym, tennis court, pool table, grounds) and super friendly and efficient staff. Big downfall was dated TVs with no Netflix or movie channels, and casting still not working.

Nobody showed us to our room! Shower was freezing. Room 170 Food in restaurant was not what we expected ...very expensive, we wouldnt eat there again. The room was delightful..bed very comfortable
