The property was older and needs some upkeep. Carpet in halls has loose spots causing bubbling in the carpet. The lovely lady that checked us in was hard to hear. She talked very softly and made it hard to understand what she was saying. Had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Our room was clean and had a nice kitchenette. Breakfast was in a room that was freezing. The staff all had jackets or sweaters on. The food was cold. Nice set up, eggs, hash browns, sausage rounds and bacon all cold.

We had no maid service and kids were running up and down the halls yelling. The bathroom needs to be gutted and redone as the grout for the tiles was black with mildew stains.

Ive stayed here before with decent satisfaction but this recent stay was terrible the condition of the room was terrible, the bathroom was dirty the fixtures were rusty and the shower grout was moldly, looked like there was a water leak overhead. And ontop of everywhere the bedding was stained and dirty. I had a booking to stay here again for two more nights in December but will be booking somewhere else now.
