I wanted to like this place. I'd lived in Taiwan before so I knew what to expect from "apartment" style buildings. Location was great for my trip and wifi was blazing. Service people are helpful.
Taxis probably wont want to pull up to the front of the building in that narrow street, so that's something to note. Make sure to have "Line" messaging app installed to contact the management and send a pic of your passport, to get the door panel code and check-in details for your room. Newly installed access panel for the building's front door had us locked out for 30min one day, so that could have been very bad for us had we missed a meeting. Asked to change sheets and towels one day, but only sheets were changed. There was a small window towards the hallway that make it harder to sleep as the room was never dark. Walls don't offer any soundproofing, and they ask to keep the noise down past 9pm. Overall, It's not terrible, but not great either. Good for utility, not for comfort.
