Book Tecojate hotels

I do not recommend this hotel. Very unprofessional. The hotel keeps reservations in a notebook without paying attention to reservations made via Hotels.com. As a result, when I got there, even though I had made a reservation 12 hours earlier and was fully paid, they did not have a room for me. In addition, the owner (?) instead of trying to help me, said that if I canceled the reservation there would be no problem, leaving me without a room. No recomiendo este hotel. Muy poco profesional.
