A relaxing hotel
The staff there was very nice and helpful. There was an English speaking staff member. The room was very spacious and clean. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful. There's local shops, but no shopping centers. A good place to just relax.

전체적으로 시설이 노후된것은 오래된 곳이라 그렇다 해도 식당, 카페 등 서비스 인력이 전문성 부족에 친절하나 료칸다운 서비스는 아님. 저녁식사 수준도 가격대비 부실. 방의 전망도 없고 료칸인데 대욕장이 실망스런 수준. 역사나 이름만으로 선택하기엔 아쉬움이.

到着から出発までおもてなしの行き届いた旅館です。チェックインの14時にはパンケーキのサービス夕方のビールやカクテルなどのドリンクサービス、夜のデザートサービス翌朝出発までのカフェサービスなどずっと楽しめました。 新緑の季節の温泉街のレトロな街並みや河原の散策もたっぷり楽しめました。

・清掃されるスタッフの雑談が過ぎる、声が大きい 内容がよろしくない ・朝９時頃、スタッフの出入りする付近の部屋周りにカートが集まり、出入りするお客さまがかわいそうだった ・部屋の説明で冷蔵庫内はフリーと夫婦二人で聞いたが、そうでないことがフロントで確認できた、説明は誤解のないように伝えてもらいたい
