FRODE: LA CASA NON CI E' STATA CONSEGNATA!!!!!
Al nostro arrivo da Milano a Tertenia dopo 24 h di viaggio, alle 16 del 15 agosto 2021 nessuno si e' presentato all'appuntamento per darci le chiavi della casa. Alle 20 abbiamo avuto l'amara sorpresa che la proprieta' da noi prenotata IN REALTA' ESISTEVA MA NON ERA DISPONIBILE. La sua proprietaria ci ha detto di non avere mai pubblicato lei l'annuncio, di non voler affittare quella casa tramite vrbo o altre agenzie, quindi avremmo dovuto andare via. Secondo la proprietaria siamo stati vittime di una frode online. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla vacanza e chiedere con mille difficolta' ( il servizio h24 di vrbo il 15-8-2021 non funzionava!!!) in seguito il risarcimento. Ci siamo trovati a rischiare di dormire per strada (e noi eravamo in moto!!) perche' il 15 agosto non c'erano alloggi disponibili nella zona in alcuna struttura, solo alle 23 passate abbiamo trovato un alloggio a Barisardo a 200 euro a notte. Abbiamo provato angoscia vera e propria, abbiamo subito un danno economico e infine non abbiamo avuto la nostra vacanza!!!ATTENZIONE: la casa era poi ancora disponibile e prenotabile sul sito, percio'NON LASCIATEVI FRODARE PERCHE' LA PROPRIETARIA CI HA RIFERITO DI NON VOLER ASSOLUTAMENTE AFFITTARE LA CASA TRAMITE VRBO O ALTRE "AGENZIE" ONLINE!! Speriamo che Vrbo faccia le opportune verifiche ed elimini questa location dall'elenco di quelle disponibili. Per quello che ci riguarda e' stata la peggior esperienza che abbiamo avuto in questo ambito. Le stelline valutative dovrebbero essere non 1 ma ZERO, per ogni voce richiesta. NOI GRAZIE A QUESTA PROPRIETA' NON ABBIAMO AVUTO LA VACANZA PER CUI AVEVAMO PAGATO UNA CIFRA CONSIDEREVOLE!!
