nice place in general, clean and friendly staffs. Just the noise of air conditioner and outside are too loud. Also, prepared if there is going to be dog’s barking since it is pet-friendly.

Lovely hotel, decent up to date amenities, friendly knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was awesome, not the cheap type. Very cozy rooms, I wish my room had a microwave but I still enjoyed my stay. I definitely will return to Superior Shores Hotel by BW.

The property is in a ok location The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained.The only thing we could say is that we entered through the back parking, and the way to the elevator was never really clean well. To be fair it is a messy season. But maybe if they cleaned it couple times during the day it would make that area much better. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection. We would stay there again.

Another nice stay
This was my second time staying here and I was happy with my stay yet again. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They have added more breafast options, including a automatic pancake maker, yay! Very happy with my stay, especially given that the rate was much lower than other hotels in the area, good value.

They didn't allow debit to be paid for the deposit it had to be cash. They had a debit machine there for food and snacks but wouldn't let my son put the deposit on it and they wouldn't use the credit card on file. Secondly they did not have a price for the dog and mentioned no extra charges when it was booked or when they checked in but kept $30 of the deposit for the dog. Usually if I have searched for pet friendly facilities it's either included in the fee or it shows in the price for the different room selections. This had neither. Also you cannot unload at the hotel had to park across the road and carry all the stuff over.

This is a very cute updated hotel with nice decor and friendly helpful staff. Liked the 'funky' vibe and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great in a bright modern dining room with top notch coffee! Would definitely recommend!

Room was amazing, very spacious and exactly what i needed for my business trip. Space to sit and relax, space for work and separate area for sleeping. The breakfast selection was decent and the staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely book agian next time im in town.
