"처음인 일본 여행의 첫 일본 호텔 뉴오타니 오사카 방이 그리 크지는 않았지만 깔끔하고 5성급 호텔로써 서비스 용품들은 부족하지 않았습니다. 조금 아쉬운 점이 있었다면 4박 하는 동안 청소를 한 번쯤은 해줄만도 한데 수건이나 물 비누 등 서비스 용품만 갈아주고 청소는 전혀 해 주지를 않더라고요. ^^;; 그 이외에는 모든 것이 다 만족합니다."

"It was great hotel, overall our stay was pleasant. Tho the room is small which made it but uncomfortable to move when you have suitcases. It would also be helpful for foreigners if the hotel includes a note durinf booking that APA has several hotels in the city!"
