Welcome to our completely renovated, first floor 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo, located in the heart of Sabino Canyon! Walking through the front door, you'll find a light, bright and airy space, filled with everything you'll need (and more) for your stay with us!


BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a king bed with a brand new Sealy pillow top mattress, luxurious hotel quality bedding and extra bedding if you wish to use it. There's a 55 inch flat screen tv mounted on the wall facing the bed equipped with 140+ channels, with the option to rent movies at an additional cost. There's a remote control ceiling fan for those warm Arizona nights! All the lighting in the bedroom is dimmable. There's no need to live out of suitcase during your stay, as there's more than enough drawer space to fold your clothes, and hanging space in the walk in closet. Inside the walk in closet, is a queen size air mattress that can accommodate two additional guests.
Oh, and of course there's a full length mirror. Perfect for any selfie takers ; )


BATHROOM:
The bathroom features beautiful white quartz countertops with double sinks, great lighting for makeup application, and soaring ceilings in the bathroom and shower area. Leave your hair dryer at home ; )

KITCHEN:
The kitchen, the heart of the home! The pretty white quartz countertops continue into the kitchen area. The cabinets are fully stocked with anything you'll need to cook with/dine in.

LIVING ROOM:
The living area is our favorite space in the condo! The open floor plan is bright and cheerful. You'll see a spacious and super comfortable sectional, and a 55 inch flat screen tv that's mounted on the stone fireplace wall. Open the sliding door and bring the outside in, or enjoy some coffee or wine on the patio!


CLUBHOUSE:
The complex features a big heated pool and hot tubs. There's an exercise room and pool table in the clubhouse.


We fell in love with Tucson and everything this area has to offer. With the dozens of outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping we realized that this area was not only beautiful, but ideal! We really put our heart and soul into this condo and we really are so happy to be able to offer this space to you. When remodeling this condo, it was very important to us to make sure that we created a space that we would want to stay at. If you have any further questions or specific needs, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're more than happy to chit chat.

Tucson get-away

We spent two weeks in the warmth of the sun and the convenience of this condo. Clean and efficient. We found everything to our liking. Just a few necessities were needed after we checked in due to the full renovation ie bath mat, Kleenex and storage containers for food. We would rent again

Catalina Foothills Escape

This was the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at this condo and it was another great stay! Our condo was very clean and cheerful and in a perfect location to explore the region. Our host, Morgan, was a great host and she addressed any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo to rent

Nice place but , problems.

Biggest problem was, that the pool/hot tub were out of service and were not being heated. This was the case for at least 1 week before we arrived, and the entirety of our stay. we were looking forward to be in the heated pool and hot tub as part of our vacation, but this did not happen at all , the water was ICE COLD. One thing that could have been a big problem. The electronic door lock quit working, and if we did not have the physical key with us, we would have been locked out. I took batteries from a remote control and the lock worked for the remainder of our stay. some other issues,1)remote controls had dead batteries. I found some spares in a drawer, not enough to fix all the things that needed batteries though.2)The chairs on the patio were extremely uncomfortable, so didn't spend anytime out there 3)We could hear the people upstairs walking day and night.4)The rug in the front room is very dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. problem. 5) We had to check in late due to "cleaning crew still at condo" Overall the stay was nice, but the pool not being heated was a big issue

Great condo

I enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was great, the bed was comfortable, all of the linens and towels were new. I had everything I needed for my 10 day stay and I’d definitely return. There are no stairs so this one is very accessible.

Morgan did a great job with this condo. It’s simple and beautiful. Very clean! It was also so appreciated that the extras were thought of. We didn’t cook much at the condo but it was so nice to have spices and such when we did a couple times. She checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was good and to be available for any questions.

Amazing place near Sabino Canyon

Morgan's condo blends elegant aesthetics with great functionality. The place is spacious, immaculate, and conveniently located just a 20 min walk away from the Sabino Canyon entrance. Morgan is a wonderful host - super responsive with messages/questions and very friendly. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay - whether it is spices, oil, coffee in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, or detergent in the laundry room. All the furnishings and appliances are high-end and thoughtfully curated. The hot tub and heated pool in the clubhouse are great perks of staying at this place. We've stayed in several vacation rentals over the years and this is by far our favorite stay! Highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic stay, great owner...near Sabino Canyon

Beautiful condo - very well updated décor, cozy bed, comfortable living room furniture, nice little outside patio with table and chairs. Spotlessly clean. Well furnished kitchen stocked with everything we needed - including spices for cooking, coffee and creamer, etc. Also other amenities such as laundry detergent, bath amenities. Owner is great - very responsive. Had one minor issue with the heat not coming on. Contacted Morgan and she worked it very quickly to get an HVAC person over to fix it. Easy access with a code Morgan (owner) sent on our day of arrival. Condo neighborhood is very nice. Great pool and two hot tubs, pickle ball courts, small fitness room. Very well maintained grounds and nice neighbors everywhere. Great wine and beer garden next door (accessible by walking path) with good wines and a long list of beers, comfortable outdoor seating, and live music. Located near Sabina Canyon Recreational Area with great hiking! Can't wait to go back again!
