Amazing - cute little house!

Family trip to Tuscon
A very nice place to stay. Very clean and in a really nice location. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Tucson. My only other input is the hospital is across the street from the property and we could hear the helicopter at night. If that will bother you bring earplugs.

Excellent location which was easy to get to. We stayed here for nine nights for our son's college baseball games. The host was very receptive and quick to respond to text messages. The house is great...enough space, foosball and bags, walking distance to many things. Will definitely stay here again!

Easy all the way!
I was contacted by the property manager/owner in advance of our arrival and given all the info needed to access the house. Everything went smooth getting in and with the stay. Lots of room to hang out and all the bedrooms are upstairs so easy if anyone went to bed early and not get disturbed. Easy to get to anything around UA and pretty much anywhere. Im sure we will be staying there again. Thanks

We cant say enough about this greta find. The rate is reasonable, the location ia ideal. Located close to alot of eateries and shopping centers. Its clean and spacious house. We were so thankful for all the thoughtful extras, popcorn, coffee etc. The house is fully equipped. Thank you to an amazing Host.

Great Family Place
We enjoyed the spacious living and kitchen/dining areas for our family gathering. Having 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our family of 6. My family stayed here for a wedding in Tucson
This Property is close to Downtown and U of A. The property had everything that we needed. Each bedroom was sufficient for 2 adults. Kitchen was stocked with staples that we needed but did not bring. Clean and comfy. Decor was done well. The neighborhood is older and was about the only initial concern were had but had no problems whatsoever. It was actually very quiet. Alex offered us an early check in and late checkout. I would stay here again. Thanks Alex!

Central Location, nice set up
My family and I stayed at this 2-story Tucson home for a week at the end of March. It was a nice location, and easily accesible to places we wanted to visit. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked and we weren't missing much. The living room was comfortable and spacious enough for our family. My mother in law has some mobility issues, so having all 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor wasn't ideal. That may have been evident in the listing but I didn't see it. Wasn't a major issue though. Nice walking paths nearby to get to the U of A. I would book this home again for future Tucson stays, but probably not if my MIL was with us.

Perfect house for our small family reunion!
This house was perfect for a reunion with my adult sons and their girlfriends! When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, even better than the pictures. It is spacious with a big kitchen and dining area and had everything we needed to make meals and dine together. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were well stocked. The kids enjoyed the foosball table, tons of movies and games, including corn hole. We had coffee at the patio table every morning. Neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt safe. Will definitely stay again!!

Great Space
Roomy, super clean, with 3 nice bedrooms and two baths. Location great for those wanting to be near downtown. Loved the big kitchen and dining area and having a washer and dryer. Fun foosball! Highly recommended.
