I recently stayed at the Artes Hotel in Hatay, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. This hotel is pretty much the only one in the area still standing after the devastating earthquake in 2023, which is a testament to its solid construction and resilience. The staff at Artes Hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The food was also very good, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine. The only minor downside is that the staff only speak Turkish. However, this is quite common throughout Turkey, except for the Antalya region where there are many tourists. Despite the language barrier, the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist made communication manageable. Overall, I highly recommend Artes Hotel for anyone visiting Hatay. It’s a safe, welcoming place with excellent service and delicious food.
