Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, 3 beds, one king in one room and 2 twins in another, beds are rock hard, not looking forward to sleep in them, we are not sure how this apartment shows as a property that can accommodate 5 persons, but some how Expedia or Casa Wahh, allow for a booking for 5 person, they shouldn’t. Check in was a nightmare, since I never got the access codes and no one seemed to answer my call, text or messages through the Expedia app, we were able to get in an hour later by mere chance as we happened to see a person that was leaving the apartment complex and he happened to be a person they worked here, he had to contact the managers to get the access codes. Beat in mind that the place is mosquito infested, so waiting outside, locked out for an hour meant to be fighting with mosquitoes. After we finally got in I reached out to the managers only to get this response response:
“ Hello
I am sorry
Wr semt you all the info to the app
I have the proves
So please check well your messages.”
They sent their screenshots and I sent my screenshots, they sent messages and for some reason I didn’t receive them. A technical issue but I was surprised by the rudeness of the manager “…so please check your messages well”, zero tact, zero care.
I’m glad we are just staying here for one night on our way to Xcaret.
