Great hotel and all the amenities surrounding it. Have stayed here many times and always look forward to the next stay. Central to what we’re in the city for, several restaurants right outside the door, grocery store up the street, security in the lobby and the staff is always friendly. Great hotel!

The hotel was once very nice, but feels tired. The heater in the room is loud and the bed feels worn. Both nights that I stayed they had a private party in the dining room, so you couldn't get food or drink and had to go elsewhere. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Great hotel
The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants and public transit that takes you to Vancouver easily. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, but over all it was a great hotel.

When we checked in, Sanaz was an absolute gem from the very beginning. She was so kind and helpful, and we were so lucky to have found a hotel during the weekend Taylor Swift was in town. The staff at the restaurant were so sweet and kind, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. The room was very clean and the bathtub was huge!
