The people were really very lovely and friendly - particularly the reception staff. Disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned once in 3 nights..... i had towels one night replenished but apart form that, it was poor.

We stayed in February so it was lovely and quiet. The staff were pleasant. Room was comfortable, had what we needed. The breakfast was excellent! Nice to have the facilities like the games rooms, pool, gym etc. my only negative is the pool was freezing! Good location. About a 20 minute walk into town through the sculpture park and along the play line. Short taxi ride to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Loads of facilities at the Hotel and all free! A good range of options for breakfast and good gluten-free options, these were also easily identifiable! An easy flat 10-15min walk to the centre of Billund!

Quiet, centralised location and the staff are helpful, polite and very friendly. Breakfast is really good too. Only slight negative, if it even counts, is that the pool temperature could be a little warmer but apart from that, everything else is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Billund.

The whole experience was wonderful, from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and temperature we were able to regulate well. Pool was an added bonus and it was very quiet so felt like you could do a proper swimming session. Breakfast was delightful, catering for all needs. Great buffet style. Service was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Full of local knowledge too. The deli was a great idea, especially if you just want to grab a snack and drink to retire to your room. The time of year we went (February) it was so quiet, we felt like we were the only people there. Would definitely use The Lodge again when visiting Billund.

Good hotel, pleasant stay.

The staff at The Lodge were welcoming and the check in was efficient. The room was hot on entry but opening the window sorted this. The room was lightly serviced everybday which meant new towels only. Whilst tea and coffee was provided, I had to ask for a cup on my second day, and leave a note asking for a clean cup on the third. One was provided but no stirrer so I borrowed a teaspoon from breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, there was a fantastic selection of cooked food, cold meats, yogurt, cereal, and of course pastries! The staff at The Lodge were friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.
