This property is fair for the price level. It is located right off the interstate. We did not notice road noise in our room. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean although a little dated. The breakfast was modest but fair considering the price point. The air conditioning was efficient but a bit loud.

The check in process was horrible. I got into the lobby and rang the bell, as I rang it the clerk who was a younger gentleman, looked annoyed that I was even there. He did not greet me, just asked what the name was. I gave him my name, and he asked for license and credit card without any other words. He then asked if I knew my tag number which I said no, he said "you need to go get it". By this point I was annoyed with his attitude and unprofessionalism so I sighed loudly went out got the number came back and said it to him. He asked if I needed more than one key, I said two. He activated them and handed them to me, did not say thank you, did not tell me what room I was in, did not say another word to me. There was a line of customers behind me, I don't know if he was as rude to them as he was to me but it ruined my mood, as I was already tired and emotional. I walked in the room and was disappointed at how dated it looked, the bathroom didn't even have any counter space, just some old piece of wood. Where are we supposed to put all our toiletries on the floor? This place had great reviews I do not see how. Just the interaction I had with the check in clerk was enough for me to never ever return to this place. Or any Sleep In for that matter.

There was a diamond tour bus of people who stayed at the hotel when we did, so you couldn’t move when you went downstairs for breakfast and everything was completely wiped out once they left. However, hotel staff had no issue making more breakfast for the rest of the guest even though breakfast was ending soon.

The room was fine. The beds were clean and decently comfortable (I know comfort is different for everyone). The bathroom had plenty of space and was clean. The room did have an odd smell upon arrival, possibly the AC. The TV didn't have any of the typical channels for children. We were only there for one night, passing through on the way home from vacation (family of 6).

Clean, comfortable and functional. Except the coffee is absolutely awful. And I’m sure it’s the same at every hotel in this chain. I will choose other chains that offer breakfast in this price point just to have coffee that is passable. There is no excuse to have coffee that bad. It’s just not that hard or expensive.
