Beautiful property and we were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor. Felt like an apartment! The pool was right next to our building and the shuttle picked up right outside and was very reliable to take to Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace. Would definitely stay here again!

It was not at all clear during the reservation that the room is not on a main property but in its adjacent buildings which is not easily accessible to the main building. You have to take a shuttle and it is timed. All service happens through text, which is ok. I asked for bath mats, never got them, I asked for coffee two days in a row, never got any, coffee maker was not cleaned out, service staff left random doors open in the room. Being in a different building was isolating, I could not use any of the amenities of the hotel. I would not recomment staying here.

This is a place nice and clean but more for a family trip. It’s quiet and more laid back with not a lot going on outside of the excursions. I suggest Honolulu or Waikiki for the under 50 individual that wants to be around more people and more City like vibes. I loved it!

The room was VERY spacious. Kitchen had all amenities at needed. Loved the 2 bathrooms! Room was close to sound proof. The staff were also very sweet. This property was the farthest from the beach, but so much more worth it. The parking was right outside our unit. Whereas, parking for the resorts on the water were at least a quarter to almost a mile away from your room. I'd pick this hotel again.

Newly remodeled suite was spacious and well-appointed (except the coffee maker was iffy). In a very quiet area of Waikoloa, nothing in walking distance from the resort. Would love to see early morning coffee service there since the in-room coffee options were not great. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy and the free parking was fabulous as so many hotels are charging a lot for parking and you can't really get around without a car.

I love the hospitality and cleanliness. The staff was very helpful and kind. I love how you have access to the other resorts. Parking is free. The grocery store on store was very convenient. I loved every minute of it. Only con was everything closed at 6:00 pm or 8:00pm.

Very clean room which included kitchen and washer/dryer amenities. Parking very close to room with no parking fee. Breakfast buffet for 24.00 was worth every penny, great food options. Will definitely be back.

NO INTERNET, robes were like sandpaper, iron had sand in it, looooong wait for front desk to answer. Room was nice, great location, cleaning ladies and other employees were nice.

The property was beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The grounds and pools were beautiful! We will definitely book again.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for a family of four. Very spacious. The pool facilities were brilliant and we all enjoyed them. The bar and service at the clubhouse was great. Check-in was challenging and we had to wait quite some time and ask several times for our room, being told that the cleaning crew had not yet 'released' the building back to the office. However, when we were in the room, the cleaning crew showed up earlier and earlier everday in order (in my opinion) avoiding having to do anything other than be handed a bag of rubbish or swap some towels at the door. On the two occasions we left the room early, the cleaners took the towels and left no clean ones. Front desk were not surprised, actually seemed to expect it. The team at Hilton has some work to do between front office and cleaning team relationships to improve the overall experience for guests.

You won't be disappointed!
We were over the top pleased with this Hilton hotel...everyone was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful. My one comment would be that there are no signs saying it's the Hilton - GPS brought us right to the door - but had to ask if we were in the right place.
