We were given the wrong room at check in and took hours before it was corrected. The new room was a disappointment - appliances were downgraded, the balcony was much smaller, view wasn’t what we booked and the bathroom floor was not clean. Still disappointed yes that we were not offered any compensation for our inconvenience. Overall disappointed in our first stay at this property

This property is amazing. Lots of room in the condo. Clean, modern and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful and the clubhouse dining is delicious and affordable. Simple drive to everything you’d want to do. FREE parking too! Best property we’ve stayed at on the Big Island. Skip the hotel rooms in Waikaloa and go with this one instead. You won’t be disappointed.

Better than staying at the main hotel and included everything we needed to make our stay great! Parking was right outside our condo and free and we could go to the hotel and just get our parking ticket validated because we were still part of the Hilton chain. We got points for our visit and had a full kitchen instead of just a mini fridge and microwave! Staff at check in were awesome and onsite amenities are great, too. Beautiful pools and grounds. New washer dryer in unit came in handy. KTA is only 10 mins up road in Waikoloa Village for food shopping.

It’s a secluded area it’s clean and safe pls note that this is not in a main property of Hilton you have to drive to get to the big swimming pools and restaurants no restaurant in the premises.

I love this area, but people should know there are many things that are not walkable. If you want to take a walk, it’s great if you want to get something pretty much need to drive. Also, the Internet is terrible, and the television is limited we go there to snorkel so it’s close enough to our favorite spot and it’s great to have a condo, the cleaning service was sketchy maybe because Hilton staff was on strike and some places it would’ve been great of them for us better about this

Everything about kings land was great. The only negative really was the breakfast buffet was not good at all and not worth $25/pp in my opinion. Other than that, great service and awesome amenities. We would stay again and just avoid the buffet.

This property is great for families or if you need more than one bedroom. These are like condos and have kitchens. Nice rooms, equipped with most of the things needed including washer / dryer in the unit. The property grounds were very nice, multiple pools and barbecues. You can also use all of the facilities at the main Hilton property, which is staggering in size. Overall very nice resort.

Our stay was two weeks. We loved that our room had a full kitchen and laundry, it was quiet. had a private lanai, a nice view, access to pools, and shopping and beaches nearby. The front desk and pool towel workers at the main pool were great! The secondary pool had no towels most of the time, so we had to drive to get towels, but our biggest negative was that room cleaning was a little subpar, particularly the floors and the shower, and one time our washcloths were removed without replacing. The last time our room was cleaned, it was swept a little better. The fire alarm went off the day before we left, so the sprinkler system flooded a room a few doors away and the rooms below, but the workers seemed confused. Training workers on what to do in this situation and communication with hotel guests is highly recommended. Otherwise, we had a great time there.
