Check in was super easy. Staff was wonderful during our Week stay. The property was always clean and well-maintained. They had grills that you could use by the pool, which were always clean. The pool was always clean. The Only negative that we have is when we checked in our condo was hot. We turn the AC on and that remedy things quickly.

The place was pretty clean. The location was good but not great. You need a car to get to places. There is a grocery store nearby that you could probably walk to? The staff was excellent though — really friendly. The amenities were okay. I liked the fact that the laundry was in the unit. Overall, I would stay here again but if location is an issue and do not like driving as much, maybe choose somewhere closer to Kona where everything is. But if you like peace and quiet and relaxation, then this is the place.

Affordable and comfortable stay. Most of the basic needs were provided including clean beach towels for the entire family. Beds are comfortable, great golf and sunrise views and most of all, very accessible to grocery stores and casual/fine dining.
