The room i reserved wasn’t “available” and i suspect none of the rooms looked as advertised because the one i stayed in had filthy old brown carpets and old badly kept wood paneling on the walls from the 80’s. The whole property looked rundown and unkept.

Reasonable rates, you get what you pay for. Not real secure with window that didn't lock shut. Staff was friendly and accommodating tho.

The motel was dirty, mold on the shower curtain which was dragging on the floor, carpet was dirty/stained, bugs in room. Very rundown motel. Uncomfortable bed. TV was a Roku box that I had to get from the front desk person. People loud /fighting in another room. I felt unsafe and would not recommend this motel.

This was by far the worst motel stay we have even had. The rooms are not Queen. they are horrible, stained bedding doors that do not close all the way, bathroom door that does not close at all. People live at this property full time and there is a halfway house across the street. Dogs everywhere. Kids running around that I just wanted to take home and clean up to give them a better life. Just horrible. We did not sleep at all left before the sun came up just to get out of there. The lady at the checkin was very very nice though.

Not many choices in Dayton. I stayed at the hotel 3-nights. For a budget hotel, it was clean. Building is old, the stained carpet needs to be replace, room door was sticking, but the bed was comfortable. The entire town is old and needs some economic activity.

One star would be a compliment
This one needs to be torn down. The first room I was sent to literally smelled like a well used litter box. The one I stayed in wasn't much bigger than the bed. Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

Very small room, looks like people live in some of the rooms. The picture on the website look nothing like the place. Very run down, also smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Hidden Gem
Hidden Gem with friendly helpful host that treats you like a long lost relative. I loved staying in this almost like small apartment with all the comforts of home. Front room was complete with couch, coffee table, microwave, kitchenette with small range oven and refrigerator. Full size bathroom and large bedroom with king size bed, tv and ac. Great base camp for our fishing trip. Parking right in front of door. Awesome!
