It is a new, modern, and clean hotel a few minutes of walk from Air and Space museum. However, our room was very small and less functional than a regular cruise ship cabin. The king bed was from one wall to another. There was no space to park and unload luggage from the car in front of the hotel and check in. The whole hotel AC/heat system was set for cooling only and it was impossible to make the room warmer. The hotel staff was mostly helpful.

Never, ever charge $300/night and then expect people to check in themselves and also pay for breakfast. Also, at these prices, a room should be larger than a walk-in closet.

Poor food choices. One restaurant with limited menu on ground floor. Rooftop Sushi restaurant had only a prix fixed sushi menu. What a waste. Nothing else in walking distance to hotel except a Blimpee across the street.

A great choice for solo travelers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, but small. Okay for short stays for couples if they pack light. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, served fresh and hot.

Make sure you will be fine with a very small minimalistic room space. In my opinion the room is designed for only one person to stay confortable. If you are a party of two you will have to share small space, no privacy in the bathroom, only one chair and expect in the middle of the night to be awake in the case the person sleeping in the side of the bed against the window need to go to the bathroom. Matress are non good quality. Your back will feel it from the first night. You will have a clean room. Staff is great and nice. They will take good care of you. Bar and breakfast are good. And common spaces in the hotel are fine. I will just this hotel in the future if I’m traveling by myself.

This was such a fun hotel stay! It was a tiny room, but the space was so clever, the staff so friendly, and the room so unique that size did not matter. Also, the location was FANTASTIC! 15 minute walk from everything Smithsonian (well, not the zoo) and more! I would absolutely stay here again!
