Not a great stay!!!
When we arrived we were greeted right away by a man behind the desk who asked if he could help us I replied that we were checking in where he then told us the young lady standing next to us would be helping us though she was already assisting someone else and there was another person in line after them. We got to our room which was spacious though there was a large hole in the carpet and a stain on the sofa. The water pressure in the shower was amazing then I leaned my head back to rinse my hair while looking up the exhaust vent has not been cleaned in a very long time. The vent was so clogged with dust and cobwebs that it did not vent the room effectively and the bathroom fogged up quickly. The bed was quite firm which is not what I have come to expect from a Hilton property, the fitted sheet on inside out (I flipped it cause the other side was softer) and did not fit the bed properly. The next morning we were promptly woken at 830am by a house keeper knocking on the door! When my husband answered the door and said we were still sleeping (I should mention that checkout is at 11) she handed him a do not disturb sign to hang on the door saying we should have hung this and we would not have been woken! Ok fair enough but also checkout is 11 and we had not checked out yet! I gave 3 stars because the location was great and the young lady that checked us in was great! For what that room cost for one night I expected better service and basic cleanliness!
