This was a great hotel very convenient and close to all amenities there is even a great classy lebanese restaurant right infornt and san churros right around the corner. The hotel has a great ambience and feel. Only fault I could say is there is currently constuction at the hotel no noise but the lifts are abit slow.

Check in was efficient and the staff were super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were super dreamy. I did not want to get out of bed. This is the second anniversary that my husband have spent here and we will be back again. Would highly recommend!

In need of a renovation. Desk staff on arrival were nice. On departure they didn't care one ounce about the fact that our air-conditioning didn't work. And couldn't even muster up a half baked apology, and when ai they questioned if they just didn't care, James responded, ‘let us know if your coming again and will do something nice for you’. Umm based on your run down hotel and zero care factor, when not likely to stay again. I'd recommend the Merition any day over this Parkroyal. Breakfast was ordinal, fresh juice was a bonus. Coffee average!
