The service was great. It's the price remaining so high despite the pool and hot tube closed for repairs (which isn't mentioned during booking) and the pillows were rock hard and were difficult to sleep with.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada, however, the breakfast left us wanting. There was not enough food, and we had to wait too long for various items to be brought out. We tried going earlier the next morning, but with the same result. Other than this, our stay was fine. Thank you.

Bad smell in the room. Room was not ready at the checking time. Had to wait in a banquet room for over 30 minutes until room gets ready. No one even offered a glass of water while we were waiting.
