Had a great experience, was very quiet and within walking distance to everything in town. Room was clean and really enjoyed the fireplace and jet tub in the room. Front desk staff were great and always available. My only complaint was that a young male cleaning staff in a track suit that came into my room while I was loading my car upon leaving. He did not knock or announce himself just walked in and took the tip and some beverages I hadn't removed yet. I had not yet checked out and was startled when I turned around from my car to see him in my room. Was not in uniform and didn't announce he worked there or apologize. Other then that I would have given this location 5 stars on everything. I would stay there again but don't leave your door open for any reason even within eyesight from your car.

We were there the last weekend before it closed for winter. There was a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Both weren’t working, or maybe had been turned off for the season. Bed and covered weren’t very comfortable. But the room was pretty nice for the price.

We have stayed here often and really enjoy the area. The hotel is in good condition but needs some updating. The restaurant is very good with a nice variety of dishes. It will remain one of our top choices for Waterton.

It is nice, clean, and beautifully located in Waterton Park. The affordable rate at a wonderful location. We love everything in this hotel. The only problem is a small maintenance issue with the shower drain which clogs, it needs a plumber or a utility guy to fix it but besides that everything was perfect!

Room was comfortable but a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and hot water was consistent. Our room had a couple of issues - a lot of Boxelder bugs in our room. We were constantly killing them. There seemed to be a lot of these bugs outside too, but they were getting into the room likely through the door that was not sealed (we could feel the wind blowing in through the crack) The hotel grounds were nicely kept and the hotel is in a good location. However for the money one pays to stay here, I would expect better rooms. Housekeeping does not service the rooms each day (unless you request). About 5 bath towels and smaller towels were provided at check in so we didnt really need houskeeping service. Water in the toilet kept running and we had to manually flush the toilet a number of times to reset the toilet. This hotel was ok for our needs but looking at some of the other locations in Waterton, we will likely try one of those properties next time we visit.
