The property is very outdated. The carpet in the room is so worn out. The breakfast rate is so high and don't see anyone interested in eating there. We could not find staff for check out and one housekeeper has to look for him. One homeless person sleeps right outside the door. I would not like to recommend to anyone.

Room 201 was great. During the day there was a great deal of noise from over the road but didn't rely bother us.

I would not recommend this property. Our room was very small. The view was horrible overlooking the ally & our bathroom shower flooded over the whole floor. They knew it was a problem & had a temporary fix that didn’t not work. The room they gave us should not have been rented out. We were very disappointed.

Easy walking distance to the harbour, Te Papa, etc. Fairly old building with tired looking decor but clean and spacious. No scenic view or air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was average. Bed and duvet were okay. Good for a night or two stays for business.

We liked the convenient location. The staff were very pleasant. Clean facilities and good Wi-Fi. Didn't like setup of the room, especially bathroom wasn't user friendly. Bed was not real comfortable. Seemed mattress needed replaced.

This property is in a great location, close to everything and quiet. The rooms were large, clean, well stocked, although basic amenities. However for the price with breakfast it was great value.

It was a short walk to Michael Fowler Centre where the Aglow national conference was being held. Thank you for the free taxi service from the airport to West Plaza Hotel
