Perfect location for our Wellington visit. Walkable to all of the CBD and the waterfront. Cost of parking was included and that was the deciding factor for us.

I have stayed there before and room was great, this time my room was old and shabby, it needed a refresh, tiles in bathroom had mold, TV didn't work properly, I had to turn it off at the wall everytime, to reset the modum so I could watch TV, staff were friendly especially concierge, very helpful, I would stay there again but only in the newer part of the hotel

Nice staff, hotel seems lost for identity.
Bathroom leaking water onto the floor. The room felt and looked very old. Front of house staff were very good and friendly. Not sure what to make of the hotel as it really had no identity.

Its excellent, amazing location, close of lots of shops, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop. The only thing i didn't like is after you book here, online, you have to pay a $200 bond and just have your money back in few days, im glad we had extra money, or you can give your credit card details and don't have to pay in cash, otherwise iys excellent
