The property is situated on a quiet dead end street with scenic lake and mountain views from this beautiful Lake View Heights .
Home has been extensively upgraded inside 5 years ago with new bathroom, through out new flooring. Yard is fully fenced .
Enjoy barbecuing and entertaining summer evenings on your large private deck over looking Lake Okanagan. Amenities near by are shopping,wineries, doctor and dentist office, schools for your children golf, hiking, beaches, boating to name a few.
In the house owners live upstairs house had a dog Mario a Yorkshire Terrier so you are welcome to bring your pets with you .
