West Sedona accommodation with spa

The hotel was lovely, and was a short walk to many amenities such as gas stations, restaurants, and some local trail heads. The pool and fire pit area was picture perfect and so cozy. Though we had some noisy neighbors, the rooms were comfortable and did the job for the short stay we had. I must say though, the man at reception is really what gave this review a 5 star rating. David helped with my checking-in process, and I truly could not have picked a better person for the job. He was so eager to help, and give suggestions on nearby restaurants and things to do. He was very polite and helpful, offering assistance with whatever we needed- he even offered this pregnant mama some chocolate! David made our stay in Sedona feel like home, and has made it on my top #3 favourite memories from our trip to Arizona.

the property was in a very good location, with views. Staff was great, and the room was very clean. Close to shopping and dining.

Housekeeping needs to clean their coffee pots and pod holder better

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the area nice and quiet.m

The experience I had at the enchantment resort was breathtaking. The staff made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions. The room was beautiful the views from the room inside the canyon was breathtaking, the food was exceptional. There’s nothing bad I can say about the enchantment resort I recommend is resort to anybody who’s trying to relax see breathtaking views, and enjoy a nice experience at a resort.
