First time opening the door was the smell in the room just hit all 3 of us,it’s smell off damp and the bed sheets was stained and dirty,the bathroom got hairs in the sink,bath and floor,carpet was stained and dirty,there was actually dirty toilet paper on the toilet seat and crumbs on the bedsheets.complaint to reception she was great ,got us another room but still not great so ask for refund and went to another hotel.first time stay there and will be our last time unfortunately.

No milk - so could not have morning drink, could have been a bit cleaner in bathroom, no soap, staff were nice and hotel itself was clean.

There was an expectation that I would pay an additional £15 as I had my dog with me. There was no indication of this throughout the booking process with hotels.com

It's very difficult to review this hotel as it is an absolute budget hotel and to mark it as excellent overall would be wrong. However, to mark it as excellent for price paid would not be a problem. Staff were friendly. Room was clean with as expected fresh bedding. Location was at a Motorway services so no problems with access/leaving or parking. Overall a good stay, and would have no hesitation in going back.
