The bathroom was the cleanest area of the hotel. Front desk worker was so rude. We asked to pay cash he said yes at check out. Time comes to check out and we couldn't. Room had garbage on the floor on the sides of the bed from previous people. AC unit is either too cold or you're scorching hot. Hotel looks like a dump from the outside. Best part is Charley b's across the street for ice cream or twisters diner next door

Steam room was not in service, staff was always hiding unless they needed to warn other guests about pool rules/ lights out, restaurant service and quality was awful. Room pillows were filthy and stained (the cases. was too afraid to look inside pillow case).

Improvements
It was good, couple of flaws like bath tub was clean but still wet with some sort of blue product. Sauna room at the time wasn’t working and on my last day there, hot tub was working either. But I loved my pool side room, I didn’t have to walk a long way
