Amazing hotel. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The view (when clear) from the hotel was stunning. Hotel service was great, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Food options around the vicinity however were rather limited given the Hotel's location. Also in Mar it was raining every day - better to come during non monsoon season middle of the year.

The new hotel manager, Vivek, welcomed us warmly at our arrival and was sure to take care of anything we needed. It can get pretty chilly in the evenings on top of the mountain on which the hotel is situated, so we asked for a bonfire dinner. Vivek made it happen. The special Indonesian meal was excellent and the fire surely warm.

U kelas mezanine sangat tidak nyaman. Km di lt 4 lt 3 resto dng kondisi ada void terbuka. Sd jam 10 msh rame tamu dan noisy. Kmd crew jg noisy saat prepair n cleaning. Gak bisa istirahat. Pdhal hrs bangun jam 2 u sunrise. Ada tamu yg bawa anak kecil jam 12 nangis. Kondisi km mezanine tdk kedap udara. Sebaiknya kl km full ya tunda aja. Jng ambil mezanine. View n layanan jempol banget. Best mountain lodging experience in Bromo with excellent facilities. The food at the Terrace restaurant is delicious and with reasonable prices. The cute nursery and green house is a beautufil manicured garden with birds and fishes ...a nice surprise facility that u won't usually find in other hotels. However if you have very young children who loves to run around please use extra caution as some of the areas such as the garden in front of the villa and the stairs from the green house to the terrace resto need some safety enhancements like putting some railings.

Super hotel!
This is the first hotel that actually provides you with 2 racks to put your suitcases on. Good thinking! Very nicely designed, modern hotel with interesting old cars etc. on display. The room on the second floor was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. A plate with fruit was also there. 4 free bottles water. There seems to be no heating so in the evening It is a bit chilly. They can provide a jeep to take you to Bromo. The staff speak limited english. But Mr. Nana at the front office, is fluent and was very helpful with all our questions. Compliments for him! The restaurant offers a variety of good food, and beer.
