Lewis River Inn was a great stay. My wife and I got a night free from the kiddos and saw a concert at RV Inn Style Ampitheater in Ridgefield. The Inn is close to the ampitheater and affordable fot what you get, so we opted to stay the night there versus drive back to Tacoma area right after a show.
We checked in late in the evening. Theres a walk up window at night whwre you ring a doorbell and staff serves you from it. Night staff was friendly. Lobby area has a nice gas fireplace insert that gives the place a warm vibe. Then we got to our room, the "Burma room", a theme room.
We picked this room because it had a King bed and patio/balcony for first floor. Plus it was best bang for buck. Quirky but fun. It turned out to be an absolute steal. It's the corner room directly against the Lewis River on the 1st floor with your patio area facing the river.
The room has a red accent and is Burmese (Indochinese) themed. So a few statues and books, a big painting of men on elephants pulling logs upriver, and pictures from someones trip once upon a time. The garden past the patio and just before the river helps to give the stay a really cool exotic undertone.
The king bed was comfy. Room clean. Shower had pressure, hot water, basic amenities including microwave and mini fridge. One thing I do wish is that they'd leave a couple bottles of water in-room for arriving guests. Wifi worked well.
Breakfast was OK. Sausage B&G, waffles, boiled eggs, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, yogurt, carbs.
