A relatively new property, like 10 or so years old. Starting to look its age. Still feels like it was built in an old gravel pit. But for Yellowknife it’s ok. Middle of the road. Bit expensive for the quality. But that’s the world I guess.

We got email from Expedia confirming our booking from Oct 10 to 14 at $987.48 for 4 nights. However, when we checked in after our night tour on Oct 11 around 3 am, Front Desk told me there was no booking under my name. After waiting for a long time, a room was finally arranged for us, but I was charged $1,078.83.when I charged out which meant an overcharge of $91.35. Please help to get the refund of $91.35. Thanks

Great facility, has everything we could need to be comfortable Fair warning, walls are pretty thin. They do have shuttle service to the airport. However the one scheduled in the early morning did not come, but the hotel gave us a voucher to have a taxi sending us to the airport.
