This property's pool is open daily from 9 AM to 6PM (last entry 5 PM) and 7-9 PM (last entry 8 PM). Children ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only guests ages 20 and older are allowed for 7-9 PM session. Starting April 1, 2024, the optional pool fee varies from 500 to 4000 JPY per person, per pool session. Hotel room is clean and staff services are very good. The only issue I had was that the hotel has no laundry facilities for self service. Other than that, this hotel meets my every expectation. I recommended to my sister’s family who is traveling in April to Tokyo.

This area is a breath of fresh air, away from hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay setting. It is conveniently located in the shopping mall with train station. Walking distance to main attractions. We highly recommend!

An excellent, well run hotel in an exceptional location. The large rooms and balconies are wonderful for an extended stay. Views over the Minatomirai area of Yokohama, including the bay, are superb. Service at this hotel is especially good. Parking is available on site if needed. There are dozens of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and indoor access to the local subway station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms with a very nice Harbour view, I stayed in room 2026 this time and can’t fault it. It’s a corner room with amazing view of the Harbour and the park. Breakfast options were also amazing. Would stay again!
