Clean rooms, and kind staff

Very good staff and great service. Room is small for a family. However, excellent view to the Giza pyramids. Nice food in roof top 7000.

The service is top notch; staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Food is excellent. And you can't beat the location.

I said here for a layover and it was quick in worth it went to go visit the pyramids with my family came back freshen up and made it to my flight just in time literally sets from airport

Excellent staff and team!

Great hotel and a lot of stuff inside like restaurant, coffee shop, bar, dry cleaning, gym, and tour guides. But once you step outside you get the honking, high traffic, and car fumes. To be expected anywhere you go there. Good hotel but you can see everything worth it in 2 days (pyramids, sphinx, museum, local cuisine) so dont stay longer then you need to. I felt safe walking around and people outside local market vendors were really nice. Easy subway to use also.
