Disappointed with the hotel. Housekeeping did not check back for daily cleaning when I wasn’t ready for them to come in. Out of our 4 day stay, they only came by once. I had to change the garbages everyday and go get more clean towels. I’m on vacation so I didn’t think I would be doing chores. I found a bug on my pillow and not sure if it was a bed bug. I had to leave my luggage in my garage when I got home. Scared that a bug was among my things. Also the room is very dim and needs more lighting. Overall, hotel needs improvements.

Kimberly took very good care of me after a long day at Memorial ceremonies. She went above and beyond to make sure check out was quick and easy and I had everything I needed.
