They did not have the room i paid for. I paid for a suite because we were going to have at least 6 people for my daughters birthday. They did give us 2 rooms, but it was very inconvenient because all 5 kids wanted to be together in 1 room. The manager offered us a discount, but we didn't get it. Im guessing because we booked on hotels.com. Probably won't be back to this hotel now. Also, the toilet ran constantly and the hair dryer didn't work.I was very disappointed!

Family trip, heater in the room was so loud. Tiki bar wasn’t open. Casino was locked all day and we were told that they will open it when they want. Not enough staff. Everyone in the family ended up sick.

The lady that helped with check in was very nice and answered all my questions, she provided me with a map for the best enterance for convenient access to my room. We really loved the pool the water was nice and warm.

We were traveling with our 4 kids (ages 4-11) and only stayed one night. Great service and place to stay for the price. The pools were all very warm, there was a gate around the whole swimming area so we didn’t worry about kids getting out. I highly recommend.
