This property is a spacious studio unit located in a resort in central Airlie Beach, offering amazing views over the ocean, islands, Airlie Beach, and Port of Airlie marina. The unit comfortably sleeps two people and comes equipped with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a 55" smart TV, and unlimited fast/reliable WiFi.
Guests have access to two pools, a hot tub/spa, a bar/restaurant, and a coin-operated laundry. The restaurant/bar, called The Anchor Bar, offers guests a discount with their in-room discount cards and serves some of the best food in the Whitsundays while enjoying the amazing ocean views.
The property is only a short walk away from the main street where guests can find restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches, lagoon, and a grocery store. All linen and beach/pool towels are provided on arrival, and for stays longer than five nights, a linen change and general clean are provided for a small fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a small stove to cook on. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity with a hair dryer.
Guests will receive a detailed guest instruction manual with all the required information they will need, including WiFi login, in their check-in message. Self-check-in is available after 2pm, and keys will be in a locked box just outside the unit door.

Guests can book their tours directly via the Holiday in the Whitsundays website before arriving. The property provides a complimentary starter kit for guests, including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, and oil. However, this is not a serviced unit, and the starter kit is the only provision provided.
The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 2 guests allowed on this property.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available off and on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
