Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The views from this property were just spectacular. It was such a lovely spot overlooking the ocean and we loved being out on the deck.
The cleanliness and upkeep of the pool was lacking. It was dirty when we arrived and we were told someone would come that day, no one ever came.
This is a house with 3 bedrooms but not enough glasses, all just random left over glasses. Little details such as there is a fountain but it is empty, there is a wine fridge but it doesn’t work, the microwave wasn’t cleaned and had a mug in it when we went to use it.
The blinds were broken in the dining area so you couldn’t open up to get the full view there and the blinds also broken in the bedroom upstairs.
The bathrooms were clean they were just tired and the calcium on the glass especially showers, bedroom window facing the pool and pool barriers were so foggy it just looked unhygienic.
The house underlining was ripped and hanging down touching the floor, the white leather had seen better days and was dirty from wear and tear. Dining table chairs also peeling.
House is lovely and big and the views really are beautiful it’s just feeling a bit tired which was disappointing.
