There’s 6 terrace blocks, this unit is in the 2nd block up, so it’s close to the main pool/hot tub, bar and restaurant. The Bar usually closes around 9pm-10pm and the Restaurant closes at 8.30pm.
↬ Our Guests have access to the entire unit, along with all the resort has to offer including 2 x pools/one pool located at the restaurant/bar area (Anchor Bar) where you will also find the hot tub, pool table, the other pool is located at the top block on the bottom level.
↬ The restaurant/bar is called The Anchor Bar they, offer our guest a discount with your in-room discount cards, enjoy a cocktail or cold drink game of pool and some of the best food you will find in the Whitsundays while enjoying the amazing ocean views.
↬ Within the complex there is a coin operated laundry (washing machine and dryer).
↬ Only a short walk to the main street where you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches, lagoon and weekend markets and grocery store called Woolworths.
↬ All linen provided on arrival plus Beach/pool towels supplied. For stays longer than **5 nights ** we provide a linen change and general clean for a small fee.
↬ Kitchen has a bar size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and electric fry pan to cook on.
↬ Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity with hair dryer.
↬ In your check in message you will receive a detailed guest instruction manual with all the required information you will require including Wi-Fi log in.
↬ We provide self-check in after 2pm and keys will be in a locked box just outside your unit door all information will be sent 2 days prior or at the time of booking.
↬ The Reception is for resort guests only, we have no affiliation with them, please refer to our friendly qualified staff for any information you may require.
↬ The Port of Airlie Marina is only 10 min walk away, where the interstate bus terminal is and Coral Sea Marina is 5 min drive, or a 20 min walk.
↬ Getting around is easy, you can walk everywhere, there are Tuk Tuks in town and they are a great way to explore and take in the sites, you can hire push bikes, electric scooters etc. There is also car rental and Taxis. PLEASE NOTE we do not have UBER in the area.
↬ There is Free no reserve car parking for those with a cars, if you have something bigger that won't fit undercover there is also free street car parking all day/night close to the units location all parking is first in basis.
↬ Although we may not have the pleasure of meeting you, the ease of self-check-in means you can arrive at your leisure any time after the check-in time, unless it is ready to go earlier, feel free to ask us in the morning of your check in, we are happy to accommodate you earlier if it's ready, the Holiday in the Whitsundays team are always there for our guests when needed, via mobile number provided.

The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 3 guests allowed on this property.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available off and on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
