↬ The Reception is for resort guests that are not with Air bnb Hosts, so if you need anything please let us know and not them thanks.
↬ The Resort unit is super close to Town, Grocery store called Woolworths, Shops, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Nite clubs but not that close 4min walk don’t hear anything from them at all.
↬ The Port of Airlie Marina is only 2 min walk , that’s also where the interstate bus terminal is as well. Fantastic views over the marina from the units balcony.
↬ Getting around is super easy, you can walk, Tuk Tuks, bikes, cars, we don’t have UBER here, only taxis, they are super quick to respond.
↬ Free car parking for those with a car.
↬ We recommend Heart of the Reef shuttels for your Airport transfers from Proserpine airport.
↬ You can book your tours via our web site before you arrive.
↬ We supply a complimentary (starter kit) for your stay, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier. (this is not a serviced apartment)
The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 4 guests allowed on this property.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available off and on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
