The staff was especially kind and helpful. The room was very dark and no space to open a suitcase, and forget 2 suitcases! Location is perfect, a few minutes to train and metro. Mold in the shower, shower drain backs up, carpet heavily stained, AC stopped working after 1 day. None of these were show stoppers, just items needing attention. Seemed very secure with front door requiring staff to open to get into the building 24x7. If you are on your own for a quick trip, this is a wonderfully located spot.

This property is a very short walk to Central Station. Restaurants and bars are literally out the front door and very plentiful. The staff is friendly. There is a coffee bar with croissants, teas and a coffee/espresso machine. My gripe is with the shower. First the stall is very small. I had an issue either the water temperature adjustment making its way to full hot, which is too hot for me. I sorted this out with a towel on day 1 and reported it. Was told that it was fixed only to have the same issue the next day. Reported it again and was told by staff that they would have it fixed. Again sorted it with a towel the next morning and reported it again. Well my towel was still fixing the issue upon my return, so maybe they fired the maintenance guy who couldn’t sort out the issue. Otherwise, would have been 4 or even a five if there wasn’t someone else’s hair in the shower on day 1.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my room and they were able to help accommodate me very fast with a new room. Front desk staff is helpful and will answer any questions you make have about the area. Property is close to just about everything you need and may want to visit.

Good location and safe hotel to stay. Nice touch with coffee sweets and croissants available for free. Only negative is having a street view room as it was really noisy until 4am each night and you can hear the hotel door closing when guests arrive back late. However steps from bars and restaurants and v. Close to central station

The hotel location is great, close to all the places we want to go. The snack and water/coffee in the back of the lobby is very nice, also pretty private to sit and rest after checking out before go to the train station. The hotel door is constantly locked and monitored by staff 24/7 which is super safe. The room is pretty small but pretty clean. AC is very good. Can be a little bit noisy depends what neighbor you got.

An excellent small accommodation. Well maintained for its size. Clean, comfortable twin beds. Attentive staff. Many restaurants steps from the front door. Secure entry and exit. Dam Square 10 minute walk. Centraal train 10 minute walk. Would stay again. Value for money rating is high. An unexpected nice goody bag on exit.

Everything is good closed to everything including tram, train station central and walkable. The only thing I don’t like is no hair dryer to dry my hair. I can’t wash my hair because of that issue. I’m out of the country for vacation and not expected to bring a hair dryer with me. So it will be nice to have at least a hair dryer in the room.
