Hotel is in a great location and makes walking around Amsterdam super easy! 10 minute walk from centraal station too.
Staff were lovely, although housekeeping arrived at 10am both days so had to be mindful about being up and out!
Our room was small but manageable as we only slept in there, shower good, towels provided and wardrobe.
Unfortunately, I had a personal item stolen from the room, I had it on the first night and it was there the next morning but after being out for the day the item was gone. We searched high and low for this and it was not inside the room. Whilst searching for this, we did find some cleanliness problems, including black mould, lots of dust, and the worst of all, opened empty condom wrappers under the bed. I appreciate that under the bed may not be checked but not a pleasant thing to find.
Overall, I would say this hotel is ok if you are only planning on spending the nights there. Despite the cleanliness problems, we would return as it was convenient.
